Custom Orders: All custom orders are processed upon receipt of payment and final approval of the design by the customer. Once the design is approved, changes cannot be made, and the order will enter production.
Processing Time: Standard processing time for most orders is 5-7 business days. Large or complex orders may require additional time. We will inform you of any delays.
Rush Orders: Rush processing is available for an additional fee. Please contact us to confirm availability and pricing.
2. Payment

Non-Custom Products: Non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund upon verification of the defect.
5. Cancellations
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they will have entered production.
